Our Organisation
La Maison d'Yvette is a business activity of Tenuta Collicello S.r.l. Yvette
is the administrator of the company, and
is also the manager of La Maison. Tenuta Collicello also owns and
operates Tenuta Collicello, a bed &
breakfast in
nearby San Biagio della Valle.
Clients who have seen La Maison in Marsciano have had excited comments about our
boutique. Clients and other people just passing by on the street
put their heads through the front door almost every day and tell us things like "Congratulations, your
shop is beautiful!" "It's just what we've needed here in
Marsciano!" "There's nothing like your shop anywhere around here!"
As the word spreads, we are pleased to be receiving more clients from Rome,
Perugia, and Todi who come to Marsciano on the weekends. A few have told
us that they come to Marsciano only because we are there! Thank you!!

Yvette, our manager, has a multicultural background
coming from Belgium, Switzerland,
France, and
of course Italy. She has managerial experience at the director
level in several multinational organisations, mainly in Geneva.
Her access to our many products from France,
Switzerland, other parts of Europe, and around the world, is what
makes La Maison a success.

Special Opening hours for Christmas:
La Maison mormally is open mornings from 9:00 to 1:00
and afternoons from 3:30 to 8:00 Tuesday thru Saturday, and Monday morning as well, although there is a large van parked in front of
the shop for the weekly market.
If you come and no one is
there, and you think the shop should be open (and there is no special sign on the door or
in the window), please be patient (maybe go to the Blue Bar up the street
Umberto I and have a coffee?) and try again in 20 or 30 minutes --
after all, this is Italy! The hours after Christmas will
slowly back down, particularly after Befana on 8 January -- check for signs in the window in advance. The
shop WILL be open for the celebration of the Madonna on December 8.
